RETURN POLICY

The HYDRO FLOSS^® oral irrigator is covered for one year under the terms of the factory Limited Warranty which guarantees the repair or replacement of the product for failure due to a manufacturer’s defect. An additional two year Limited Warranty extension is available for a minimal fee.  The Limited Warranty extension form is included in the box with the HYDRO FLOSS^® (blue form).

The HYDRO FLOSS^® also carries a 30 day money-back guarantee.  This guarantee allows  the patient to return the product, for any reason, to the point-of-purchase for a full refund,within 30 days of the date of purchase.

If a product is returned within 30 days of the purchase date, the distributor should issue a refund or replace the product for their customer.  The distributor will then return the unwanted/defective product to the Service Center at Oral care Technologies, Inc. to obtain replacement product for their stock.

The following information is required to process a replacement order:

• Distributor’s Name
• Customer’s Original Purchase Date
• The Serial Number (on the bottom of the unit)
• Reason for Return

If product is returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase due to a manufacturer’s defect, we advise that the customer contact the Service Center at Oral Care Technologies, Inc. directly, at (800) 635-3594.

There will be a charge to replace product that is returned for refund or replacement more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
