Distribution Programs

We have two programs available for sharing the Hydro Floss^® with your patients:  Distribution or Referral

Distribution Program - If you are interested in stocking and distributing the Hydro Floss^® out of your office, volume discounts are available.  Simply complete the form below and select the "Wholesale Distribution" option in the last field. When we receive the form, we will create a wholesale account for you using the information provided.  You will then receive an email containing a link to activate your account.  Once your account has been activated, you will be able to order at  wholesale prices and take advantage of any special offers we have available. When a patient purchases the Hydro Floss^®  from your office they are entitled to a FREE extended warranty (total of 3 years) on the unit. 

Referral Program - If you prefer not to stock the Hydro Floss^® in your office but still want to make the Hydro Floss^® available to your patients, complete the form below and select the "Referral Discount Code" option in the last field.  We will create a unique Referral Discount Code for your office that you can give to your patients.  This code will allow your patients to order Hydro Floss^® at a discount through our website or by calling our office. It also entitles the patient to a FREE extended warranty (total of 3 years) on the Hydro Floss^®. Once your application has been processed you will receive an email with your code and a customized order form that you can give to your patients.  Creating an account is not required to use the Referral Discount Code.
